East Hounsfield Library is located along NYS Route 3 between Watertown and Sackets Harbor, diagonally across from The Cheese Store. The library is on the corner of NYS Route 3 and Rome State Road, about 3 miles from Watertown.
The library provides all general library services, including interlibrary loans.
The building is also the home of Joanne's Northern Lights Dance Company and the Crossroads Quilters.
