The Universal Card-
The North Country Library System issues the universal card to interested patrons. It is as simple as filling out an online application with a librarian in one of the area's libraries.
The library card will be sent to that library, if possible, in their next delivery. East Hounsfield's delivery day is Wednesday.
All individuals need to do is bring in a driver's license or an ID that shows a residential address.
The issued card can be used at any area library.
